Responsibilities:

• • Conduct remote notarial acts using digital tools and technology in compliance with Florida state laws
• • Verify the identity of signatories and ensure the integrity of the signing process
• • Handle a variety of documents, including but not limited to legal and financial transactions
• • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients
• • Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
• • Maintain detailed records of notarial acts
• • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of software and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions

Required skills and qualifications:

• • Remote position - must be a permanent resident of Florida
• • Certified Remote Online Notary Public in the State of Florida
• • At least 1 year of experience performing remote online notarizations
• • Must maintain E&O Insurance Policy
• • Must be available during regular business hours
• • Minimum of 10 hours per week of availability required
• • Strong understanding of the technologies used in remote online notarization
• • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• • Excellent attention to detail
• • Ability to analyze and assess situations effectively
• • Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts
